1. WHY MY "PRODUCT VARIANTS TABLE" DOES NOT SHOWING UP ON FRONT-END?

Please ensure that the app is enabled or not. For that, go to Admin >> Apps >> C: Product Variants in Table >> General Settings, then Enable App and click on the "Save" button.

Also, please ensure that App Script is enabled or not. For that, go to the theme customizer section >> Theme settings >> App embeds section then just turn on the app embed codes of our app from there, then click on "save" button at top right corner!

2. After installing the App, where should I check in front end ?

Step-1: Go to Admin >> Apps >> C: Product Variants in Table >> General Settings then Enable App and click on "Save" button.

Step-2: Now, please check PVT app embeds of our App are enabled now or not just like below screenshot.

Step-3: Please check any "Product variant details page on front-end" by go to Shopify Admin >> Products section then see below screenshot just for example:

3. Can't able to hide add to cart button, quantity and swatch selectors ?

No worries, You can put their respective classes in the texboxes given on Shopify Admin >> Apps >> C: Product Variants in Table >> General Settings tab >> Hide Elements Block and then click on Save button.

Note: *** Hide Elements Feature will be based on theme implementation. Above settings will be worked in All Free Shopify Themes.

4. PRODUCT VARIANTS IN TABLE APP IS NOT WORKING AFTER CHANGING THEME.

Step-1: Please enable app embeds of our App just like below listed screenshot. You can watch video guide by (click here).

Step-2: Now, Please open product details page contents in your theme customizer and add our App as an app block to your theme.

5. Would I lose all my data after Uninstallation of App?

Yes, All data is removed from the system once customer/merchant uninstall App after 48 hours of Uninstallation.

6. "I am seeing your app files reside in my theme. HOW CAN I REMOVE APP FILES FROM MY THEME?"

You can remove 9 files from your theme, Go to your currently active theme.

8. How Can I Show “Variant Images” in the variant table ?

Go to Shopify Admin >> Apps >> C: Product Variants in Table >> General Settings tab >> General Options Block ,then click "yes" for the "Show Variant Images in Table" setting and then click on "Save" Button.

9. How Can I Enable “Single Add to Cart” in the variant table ?

Go to Shopify Admin >> Apps >> C: Product Variants in Table >> General Settings tab >> General Options Block ,then click "yes" for the "Enable Single Add to Cart" setting and then click on "Save " Button.

10. Why my "Qty." box plus(+) button incrementing "Qty." value by 2?

Our App by default injecting script codes in those themes, which do not support "App Blocks" technique of OS 2.0 theme yet and if you've enabled our App from "App Embeds" section just like below screenshot then script codes will be added twice so "qty." value will be incremented by 2. Here, you don't need to enable our APP from the "App Embeds" section as script codes are already added. So, please turn it off our App embed codes from this "App Embeds" section and click on "save" button at top right corner. 11. HOW TO TURN OFF OUR APP FROM THEME?

You can go to your theme customizer section >> Theme settings >> App embeds section then just turn off app embeds codes of our app from there then click on "save" button at top right corner!

12. How can I change Plan interval from Annual to Monthly OR Monthly to Annual?

 Later on, you can change the plan interval from our app by clicking on the "Pricing Plan" button at the top, and you'll see the same thing as in the screenshot below. From here, you can change the plan interval by clicking the Switch Plan button, which will redirect you to approve a new charge based on your chosen plan type while Shopify cancels the old active charge and activates the new charge when you`ll approve it.

13. How can I turn off auto-renewal for my annual plan for the next year? Will I be able to use the app until my renewal period?

 Yes, you can turn off auto-renewal for your annual plan for the next year by going to our app, clicking on the "Pricing Plan" button at the top, and then seeing just like below. Simply follow the instructions in the screenshot below:

NOTE: If you turn off auto renewal, you will be able to use the app until the next renewal period, and you can turn it back on when you re-subscribe to our app plan the next following year.

14.How will the price be calculated if I switch from the Monthly Plan to the Annual Plan?

  When you upgrade your plan by moving from a less expensive charge to a more expensive charge, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. Proration occurs when you approves changes to your app subscription that take effect immediately. For example, if you begin a 30-day billing cycle on a $5.00 plan, and then upgrade to a $15.00 plan on day 15 of the billing cycle, you’d be charged $5.00 + ($15.00 – $5.00) * (15/30) = $10.00 USD. 15. What happen if I switch from the Annual Plan to the Monthly Plan?

  If you switches from an annual plan with a higher price to an annual plan with a lower price, or from an annual plan to a 30 day plan, then the charge for the new plan is deferred until the current plan's subscription cycle is complete. For example, if you begins an annual subscription plan in January, but switches to a 30 day plan in September, then the new 30 day plan will start when the annual plan expires in January.

16. HOW CAN I UPGRADE THE APP?

Step-1: To upgrade the app, Please re-save settings once means you will just need to click on the Save settings button, no need to change any setting at all..

Step-4: (A) If you`re doing an upgrade in an old theme in which variant table is already displayed then you can skip this step..

OR

(B) If you`re doing an upgrade in a new theme then you've to perform this step to display variant table using App Block if it's available in your OS 2.0 theme..
